Women's Convention Registration FAQ

Who can attend the Women’s Convention?
All women affiliated with the Universal Church of Christ, Inc., as well as guests and supporters, are welcome to attend.
How do I register for the convention?
Registration can be completed online through our official website (via Jotform). You’ll find a registration form and payment options under the “REGISTRATION/LODGING” tab.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration covers access to all sessions, workshops, excursion, as well as the Saturday luncheon and convention materials.
Is there a hotel discount for attendees?
Special room rates have concluded as of October 15, 2025. Booking is still available at our host hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City. Book on the “REGISTRATION/LODGING” tab.
What should I wear?
Convention attire is modest and church-appropriate. For workshops please consider business casual attire. The color for Friday evening is Emerald Green.
Can men attend the convention?
Certainly! While the event focuses on women’s ministry, we have curated sessions and fellowship designated for the men.
Will the convention be LiveStreamed?
Yes! The evening services will be streamed online. Click the 'YouTube' icon at the foot of the website to join the LiveStream.
Are vendor opportunities available?
Yes! Approved vendors may request booth space during the convention. Go to "REGISTRATION/LODGING" to reserve your table and space.
Is parking available at the host hotel?
Yes. Convention attendees can take advantage of a special daily parking rate of $29.00 USD at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City. This discounted rate applies ONLY to registered guests and must be arranged through the hotel at check-in
