Cancellations and refunds for hotel reservations are managed directly by the DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City. 

Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation deadlines and refund details.

Most reservations allow changes or cancellations up to 48–72 hours before arrival without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a one-night room charge plus tax.
